Being, Becoming, and The Space Between.
Most of my late teens and all of my 20’s were spent in some form of existential depression, whether minor or acute. This took me down a path of exploration into various forms of eastern philosophy and physicality, looking for a shift that would bring me back from the brink to a place of balance and contentment.
It was yoga that showed me a path out of suffering. Learning to work with reality rather than against it through radical acceptance. Understanding the language of my body and using that to manage the racing thoughts that were once uncontrollable, creating the space between the noise and letting the chatter be.
This is now what I teach through modern forms of yoga movement, breath, sound and meditation.
Weekly Schedule
Throughout the week you can find me in a number of the best studios in Hackney. Below is my permanent schedule, and I often host workshops, extended practices, retreats, festivals and one-off event series, all of which can be found on my events page.

Whether it’s getting feet off the floor for the first time in crow, or finding balance on your forearms with your toes tickling your head, I’ve got the right poke and prod and drill to get you to where you want to be.
