  • This in-person event is a new venture for me, aimed at removing the paygap between what studios charge and what teachers are paid.

    This is the first of many and I’m super excited to explore teaching in a sustainable way: directly to my community, for my community.

  • I’m hiring a brand new studio called We The Conscious in Hackney Downs, E8 2BT. Come and practice with me over 4 Saturdays in May -

    31 @ 1200 - 1400

    For 2hrs we have the studio to ourselves. I’ll take you through an extended signature Tom-style vinyasa and then we’ll go for coffee afterwards.

  • After several successful iterations, Body Language launches a new series which expands the pool for wider explorations into somatic regulation. To kick off, Tom has invited long-time friend and mentor Rachel Walsh to the plate to share her vast array of knowledge and proficiency as a teacher of 10+ years.

    Between the two of them they’ll take you up, down, around and through via Yin, Pranayama, Vinyasa and Sound. These 4 modalities form a potent cocktail that creates space and strength in the physical landscape, whilst allowing the pollution of the mind to dilute, cleansing the internal terrain.

  • It’s at Hackney’s most beloved studio, Waking Dreams on Ada Street. Rachel and I have taught countless hours here from the days when it was Stretch.

    We start at 1430, and conclude 3 hours laters at 1730.

  • Rachel Walsh and I are going on holiday, and you’re invited!

    We’re heading to Andalusia for 4 nights of vinyasa, yin sound, sun, swimming and more. Summer sorted.

  • Cortijo El Cachete is a beautiful renovated space in the stunning spainish countryside.

    We land on 15 June, and depart on 19 June, with a weekend either side to create your own adventure.

  • Northumberland beckons. Louise and I are taking you up north to her ends, where the beauty of the rolling countryside is only matched by the northern charm is resides in.

    We’ll be blissing out in all things restorative, yin, sound, breathwork (and a wee bit of yang), but resting is the name of the game on this one.

  • Brinkburn is about 30mins drive from Newcastle, nestled in an old priory building that’s been newly renovated.

    We’ll be in residence for 3 nights from 30 October. My mum is coming and so should you!
